MPM UP100 PCB carriage not slowing when carried under stencil | 29 March, 2016

Our MPM UP100 is not slowing the pcb carriage as it is brought under the stencil. The result is that the carriage jolts the machine heavily when it is fully loaded. The hall effect vane sensor half way along the rear rail is working correctly. The leads to the sensor are connected well to connector 'SKA' and the RP8, RP9 and C28 on the main board have the right values when taken out of circuit and measured with a meter. Any experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
