I purchased a Phillips CSM 84V III for a backup machine several years ago and finally getting around to setting it up. When the floppy is inserted for loading the USER.MCH (also the .FDR and .VIS files) the screen reads file not found but is on the floppy. My guess is that either the file is corrupted or the SCSI floppy drive is defective. I intend to replace the drive but in the event that the file or files are corrupted, Does anyone still have a USER.MCH file or a link to a site where this file can be downloaded? Thank you in advance.
