Does isopropyl alcohol have a shelf life? I have looked at many manufactures and have not found any publication of a TDS specifying shelf life, rather only a MSDS which does not include this info.

No, but it does evaporate slowly when left open. It is used in electronics cleaning because of it's solvent and evaporative qualities. You can look up references like the CRC handbook to compare these properties side by side to other alcohols that can be used somewhat interchangeably. or Google MSDS Isopropanol.
