I have paste left on my stencil on the forward stroke. I adjusted the downstop pressure but it didn't help. Any suggestions.

It's OK to have a thin film or haze of paste left on the stencil. Printing nice bricks of paste is the important thing. Assuming you know these things, so tell us more about your situation.

PRINT QUALITY: What do your paste deposits look like?

SQUEEGEE: What type, angle, age, condition, etc. of squeegee are you using?

PRINTER SETUP: What's your print speed, downstop, etc.?

STENCIL: What type, frame flatness, number of times frame is reused, condition of stencil, etc?

PASTE REMAINING ON STENCIL: What's the thickness, uniformity, etc of the paste? What's the occurance of the problem across p/n, lot, etc.?
