Hi evreybody I wish to know if somebody can describe how is made a "Calibration Slug" for centering the upward camera of a QUAD IVC machine. The instruction manual mentions a slug that is attached with vacuum to the "Vision Nozzle" and there is some kind of hole that must to be centered on the monitor's crossshair. I imagine that this piece is a species of polished metal dish or flat pan with a diameter of about 1/2". At the center perhaps there is a small blind hole (maybe 0,5 to 1mm diameter) which acts as a spot to center and focus the camera. How accurate is my imagination? Actually I prefer to hire a mechanician to machine the piece instead of import it. Thanks in advance Best regards
