We are having a problem setting up the Mirae MR20LP Pick and Place Machine.For some reason the program cannot see the feeders.All the feeders in the program are in Yellow which means FEEDER MISSED but supposed to be green.

Yes it is new.The technicians that have set up the machine did not have the feeder manual up until yesterday afternoon.They managed to sort the problem out by referring to the manual.The EX-Feeders needed to be programmed on the feeders itself.Thanks

Not all eX-feeders need a special procedure on the first connection to feeder base. It depends from firmware version. I received my new feeders two weeks ago - and they work from box without any special manuals like "hold the triangle button and jump on the left foot".
