Help Heller 1700W PLC red ERRor LED flashing | 26 July, 2014

We turned our Heller 1700W off and On a week later and it would not heat up. PC is communicating - TSX NANO PLC has ERRor LED flashing which means lost its program - can I get this or at least the operation (flow chart)of the PLC and either replace it with new available or re-program it. Any help appreciated. Thx Cb

OR - if anyone has a 1700W and can video the power up sequence on the Main PLC it would be greatly appreciated.

Give Heller's service department a call. They're great about helping, even with third-party machines (at least, they were three years ago when I used to use them a lot for my own third-party machine).
