In the middle of my run yesterday the camera LED's in front and back wont turn on during inspection step. I can manually turn them on in the program edit screen, but as soon as I try to inspect a part they turn off. Was hoping a restart this morning would clear it up but it started not working again. Yesterday the heads would make 2 attempts to inspect parts, then give me a vision failure. Today it does 3 attempts and a board failure (i.e. thinks a feeder is out of parts) So 2 questions: 1) Has anyone had this problem before and can help? 2) Can I just try to make them stay on permanantly regardless of LED life span?

Typically when this happens the lighting in your package for a part in one of those cycles has 0 0 0 in the 3 light settings. You need to check all your package types that are used in your program and makes sure they are adjusted correctly.
