intermittent accessory power failure

We have a Vansco system on our 2005 Alpine Coach motor home. We have an intermittent outage problem with the 12V lighter socket. I can plug something in, like the tire sensor monitor, or the GPS, and after I remove it, the outlet no longer works, nor do the "ready" lights on the dash at ignition. I reset the house batteries and all is okay. Are there service centers that can analyze what the problem might be? We are in Michigan, but we'll be in Elkhart, IN and head towards Virginia. We full time, so Texas and Arizona service centers would work, too. Thanks.
