Our Safety Committee has tagged the Fixture Changeover process as potentially unsafe due to the weight of our ICT Test Fixtures. (They range from 40-60lbs each) I've been tasked with investigating a lift, (aka a "cherry picker"), to assist in loading and unloading these fixtures. I've dug around on the interwebs and can really only find one vendor who supplies anything like this. (Alum-a-lift). Unfortunately they've quoted the lift at close to $10K, and say they have a 10 lift minimum order. Do any of you fine folks use anything comparable?

Would something like this work?

You would have to build a custom harness to match your fixture but it is in the $1K-2K price range.

Awesome!

This might work! I'll have to see if I can modify it slightly, and I may have to alter our storage rack with a pull out shelf, but it just might work!

Thanks!!
