Does anyone have a master cross reference chart for Yamaha/Philips/Assembleon pick and place machines? In particular I am looking to know what the Yamaha models equivalent models are in the Philips/Assembleon line up. The other important bit of information I am looking to know is how many feeder types there are in the Yamaha line up, what feeder types are used on which machines and what is the compatibility between the various feeder types. It's all very confusing considering a lower case "L" looks like a 1 (one) or an upper case "I".

Hello!

I dont know where you are from but here in Germany Assembleon stopped selling Yamaha machines. Yamaha now sells their machines on their own.

The things I know:

Yamaha YS24 is equal to Assembloen MC24 Yamaha YS24x equal to MC24x YS12 is MC12 all with electric Feeders called SS at Yamaha or FS at Assembleon. The YS12F is the MC5 (electrical Feeders, too) Then I am not sure but I guess the YS100 is the MC1 an the YS88 the MC8 (electrical feeders)

The Compatibility between the feeder types is FV-CL-CL FS. All pneumatic an not for YS or MC Machines. The FS (Assembleon) or SS (Yamaha) feeder are the first electrical from Yamaha. They have a new one (ZS) but I dont know if they are compatible to the SS and came new for the YSM40 (Yamaha). For more infos just look on the homepages of Yamaha.

I hope I could help and you are able to understand my english.

Greetings Christian
