Hello all, it has been a long time since I have visited this forum. I am in desperate need of some help. My cp7 is giving me an err 12200066 (The X- and Y- axis have been stopped due to a (HOLD) input. It stops runing after finish running every board. And it stops at the same unloading position after transfering board to the out carrier. Has anyone seen this problem? Thank you all for your help.

Don't have a CP7 but I think it has the same loader as a CP643. There are about 15 different sensors that have to be made for the loader and carriers to work properly. Are you doing dual board load ?

No I am running a single board. I already have checked few sensors that I thought might be the cause. Still no luck. I will contnue with my troublshooting. Please let me know if you think of anything that might help me with resolving my problem.

Thanks,

It's most likely one of those sensors. Go into your loader I/O and make sure they all change state.

Thanks for all the help you are giving me but I just can't put my finger on this annoying problem. I checked and recheck all sensors without much sucess against the I/O. Something I am not understand is these two followning conditions--- first one I run one board and before it finishes I press Finish Current Panel. Machine runs a complete board and unloads without any problem. Second time board I just hit Start and wait until machine finish running it and unloads it. Thats when machine stops rightaway after unloading board on to the out carrier. And table is trying to go down while closing borad clamps. It errors out and gives 12200066 and Starts Trace Log Output To CP7. Thanks for any additional comments.

Yes, he is correct, it is probably a sensor. That does NOT mean a sensor is bad, just that it has not been activated during a time limit or servo count. Watch what the last 2 or 3 things it does before the error.

Jimmy, thats the hard part. I wish I knew which sensor is causing it. There are so many sensors it's very hard to narrow it down to a specific one. I have not given up yet.

Thanks,
