Fuji IP3 alarm x1 axis | 4 March, 2013

Greetings to all, I have the following problem with an IP-3 from Fuji, At display is says: Cannot Move: X1 Axis Feeding aborted Servo Alarm X2 AXIS Servo Overflow,

I checked all sensors through the direct i/o, servos, and everythings seems to be in perfect order.

Had anyone seen this error before?, What can I do to solve the problem, any board with any program will give the same error.

Hi,

Can you move the X2 axis manually?

if you move head manually(twice) can you see the pulse incremented in the servo menu in IP?

with servo just have some parts can defects:

-servo it self -servo board -encoder on head

Yes I can move x2 axis, and check the world/zero with pulses, and it does not lose the pulses.

could be the linear encoder giving problem or dirty, maybe try using some cleaner and insert slightly into the yellow ribbon and spray along the x axis, try not to insert to deep and come in contact with the linear hidden inside. After reboot and zero the machine, sometime need some patient and repeat the whole process again.
