Reflow cure of E-30cl epoxy, anyone ever done it? | 21 February, 2013

I have a product that is ramping up to volumes higher that our batch oven can handle. One option is to apply Loctite E-30CL on to our circuit card and send it through a heller 8 zone oven. Was thinking of a oven temperture of 150C for about 10 minutes. Has anyone ever done an experiment in rapid curing of this product?

I'd be leery curing the E-30cl Material at temps above 90 degrees C. (I believe the flashpoint is 93 Degrees C)
