Since it is listed as "Typical Run Current", my assumption is that is the current after it has heated up and stabilized at your profile settings, i.e. not start up. The recommended breaker size is 100 Amps. That would imply it can draw more than the 30-35 amps at start up.

Startup current depends on your configuration. ours dose zones 1,2/ 3,4/ 5/ 6,7 last i checked it pulled about 40-55 ish on start up and 25-35 during run. our profile is a slow ramp till 170c then a fast ramp to 285c 280c(last 2 zones).

1707's can build up flux ash in certain zones. mostly the exhaust blower for the cool zone. Also the cool zone may not get boards as cold as you want, they come out unassisted at about 50% of your peek temp, to fix this we added a 10 inch fan to the end of the oven aiming down, this brought the temps to, ok to handle quickly.

The only maintenance issue we have had is the stock black metal fan motors burn up on the top side. Heller offers lifetime warranty on these blower units.
