Is there anyone close to Ohio or in Ohio that is very familiar with the TRITON SMT IV Washer? Our tank is not staying hot to run boards thru. The temperature drops to 116. We checked all the heaters and they seem to be running fine. Any info is appreciated.

Have you checked each heater rod with a fluke temp. meter or similar to make sure that the elements are in fact heating up? Make sure you have voltage to all heater rods. Check to see what the plc controller is set at. Hope this helps.

We checked all of what you mentioned and not sure what is going on. Everything seems to test out fine.

Sounds like you have a bad heater. Check current on each leg of the heater circuit, CON6 for the wash and CON7 for the rinse. The current should be the same on each leg. Trek is now part of Stoelting, tech support is 920-894-2293. Hope this helps if you haven't solved the problem already.

I am not in ohio but I can service it. My rates beat anyone else, hands down. I will be on the road next week and may be available to stop by and diagnose.
