Juki KE750 for 0201 component ? | 24 August, 2011

Hi All

I need some advice , hope you guys can help. Is Juki KE750 able to mount 0201 components? Well, according to the nozzle catalogue, there is a special nozzle ( No. 149 ) which is smaller in diameter than the Nozzle 101. It says that this nozzle can be use for 0201 component. Did anyone tried it? is it stable? Many thanks !!

Hi,

we have 740 and I would never assume that it can place 0201. The new Juki machines like 2060 1080...can do it for sure but older machines I doubt it.

I have a copy of the Juki catalog "e" and it shows the 750 capable of 0201s but not the 760. We have several customers that get 149s from us to place 0201s. We have also made a custom 101 with one small hole for several machines that would not recognize a factory 149 nozzle, perhaps these work on the 760 machine.
