We are looking at different ways that we can clean our assemblies and we know that they make ultrasonic cleaners that have a sweeping frequencies so they do not damage the parts on the boards. Does anyone have experience with this? Also who are some of the manufactures of these type of cleaners?

Check out Zenith Ultrasonics. We bought a table top ultrasonic cleaner from them to clean our electronic assemblies. Our process has been working well for us for about 3 years now.

We looked into it a few years ago. Like you say, sweep frequencies supposedly prevent damage to components. Couple mfgs are Aqueous Technologies and Smart Sonic.
