SANYO TPM-5000 Paste printer Supervisor password

We just got a used SANYO TPM-5000 paste printer and we can't access some menus because of the Supervisor password we don't have. To reset passwords the manual asks to clear all memory, we already erased all pattern programs on the machine but still it asks for supervisor password. What else needs to be erased beside programs? Is there a master password? Thanks, Rafael
