WESTEK TRITON SMT IV ISSUE | 23 March, 2011

We have a Westek washer that we can not get the temperture to get hot enough to wash. We are thinking there is a problem with the heating elements, but we are not sure. Our ME is out for training today. If anyone has worked with these machines please email me back asap. thanks
