I've called them for support with a wave machine that I purchased from a third party. They were quite nice and responsive...didn't care that I hadn't bought the machine from them.

Ya...good luck with that.......vitronics phone support is as bad as juki's.....HIT OR MISS....with both.

I've never had any problems, occasionally left a message, but they return calls promptly. For reflow support, J is the man...call main number and ask for him.
