I am trying to repair two Simplematic 8130 board loaders. I have the same error on both of them. The error says " NO PLC Loaded." I don't believe that it is the plc but instead the display "uticor" system. Can anyone give some advise on how to fix this problemwithout breaking the bank.

I've had this problem before. Typically happens when the Lithium Battery dies and the machine loses the program. Usually you can pull the displays out and ship them to Simplematic. They can reload the program for you. Roughly $2500 bucks I think. Call them. Their Tech Support is pretty good.
