What is the difference of formulation No-Clean Sn63 with No-Clean lead free paste? Is there techniocal data in detail for performance property of No-Clean lead free paste (for example, viscosity, solderability, tack, print life, reflow profile)? Is there any lead free no-clean printing paste on the market?

The solder paste formulation is different 63/37 is a tin lead alloy so t here is one difference from a lead free. Yes you can get no clean lead free products but if you compare the amount of visible residues they will be normally higher.

So far most of the process trials I have done the results have been fine, good tack, very good life on board, in fact with one trial the boards sat in my garage for two weeks when an over broke down. I processed the board two week later with no problems, not recommended.
