DEK 265GSX Rail System Error | 4 June, 2010

We have a DEK 265 printer currently down due to the rail system error. The message "Belt Motor Error. Rail lifted error, check tooling" pop-up when pressed run. I did remove all the support pins prior loading a new job. I also ran rail system dianogsis and it seems to be okay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As stated, that error relates to rail lifted sensord (L & R)... Machine is perceiving that something is causing rails to lift at inappropriate time. You can monitor sensor status in Rising Table diagnostic to see that they are toggling appropriately. Possible debris on clatterbar; sensor connections... Let us know.
