tp9-4 problem with hydra camera

Hello

I am having problems with the hydra camera, I start getting an error message saying that the camera couldnt look at the fiducials on the hydra, I went to the camera in service and turn it on to see the problem but I found out that the real problem is that for some reason theres a black zone in the FOV of the camera, thats completly dark I dont know what the problem is does someone had a problem like that before and how did you fix it?
