ACI Technologies, Inc is who we go to for ours. They are good but its not cheap. Expect to pay almost $1000 for one.

Depending on what you need, your bare PCB manufacturer may do this for you for next to nothing. The information they gain from doing the section for you can help their process as well so its a win win.
