Hi,
Does anyone have english manual for a EKRA E1 screen printers?
I would be glad if somebody has one.

We don't have a manual for your printer.
Usually when an used equipment reseller buys equipment, they get a manual. Often, they don't sell the manual with the equipment. They keep it in a 'library.' They do provide a copy of the manual when they sell the equipment.
Consider contacting equipment resellers and ask to purchase a copy of the manual that you seek.
