Check out RPS Automation. We have had good results with their selective solder machine that we purchased 1 year ago and they have wave nozzles as well in the 4-8 inch range. Changing from a selective solder nozzle to the wave nozzle takes only a few minutes (plus warm up time for the solder pot). rpsautomation.com

We have recently acquired a Pillarhouse Jade machine which has changeover pots from Pb Free to Pb and the bath it small so changeover heatup is fast . Although it's runtime is slow it seems to run the product well.We are also running an Ebso 400 but the changeover pot takes some time to heat up .

I think machine selection depends upon your application (pitch, volume, changeover from pb to pb free etc...)
I have experience with ERSA and Pillarhouse Jades. Both very good in their own right. Pillarhouse are relatively cheap, and quick to change out pots, but buy 2-3 machines for each operator as run times will be longer and no conveyor system. ERSA machines are very customizable, and thus can be very cumbersome to install, program and maintain. Be careful with this one...buying cadillac with all bells and wistles will require more technical support.
