XP142E R AXIS Servo Error | 26 August, 2009

In XP142E very often we are exprencing the R Axis Servo error. When we reduce the Speed to 0.5 it becomes OK. Any body can give solution for this.

After checking R Axis Backlash, Coupling. If still the Problem continues. We have the same issues & when we asked Jagadeesh Rajagopalan , he suggested following action item Check the servo Error display. If it is C80 then Should be encoder cable problem. 1. Change the encoder cable . 2. Reset the SerVo by keeping the Axis in the Origin Position. then the problem solved. Try this.
