Dear all, we have an Fuji CP6-4000 we get some weeks ago, but it shows an error "Hardward NG and show some actions (Inch the axis to cancel the overtravel. Then switch the power off and restart the machine).

We did but display same error. I would like to know if there is some troubleshoot tech in Fuji's machines to give us support. We are in Mexicali BC Mexico and looking some near us.

Advice please.

Check the following: 1. Cam Motor cooling fan. Check if the fan is running or not. Clean the cooling fan cover. 2. Check the oil coolant control box. Check all the contactors does not trip. 3. Check the circuit protector M1CP8, M1CP9 and M1CP10. One of these protector tripped (Location Control Box1, wherein you can find the I/O baords). 4. Check if the phasing of your three phase supply are correct.

Good Luck....

Dear Jepoy

We check the oilmatic system and I found a relay is not working, it will arrive until tomorrow.

We still have 2 errors and 1 message, we are taking time because we don't have the Fuji CP6-4000 manuals or electric diagrams. we get this machine some weeks ago.

-Rear Door Open, (We are checking, we can not see the Input Signal on PLC) -Emergency Stop, (The 2 emergency stop are ok, we can see the signals on PLC Inputs

And still continue the message below:

-Inch the axis to cancel the overtravel. Then switch the power off and restart the machine. (Here 2 tablers are in correct position and fron XY table is in correct position too.

Please Advice.

Have you eliminated the hardware N.G.?

Check the connection for the rear door. If the connection are ok, try to bypass the key. short the two wires for the rear door. If the rear door problem is corrected, check the rear door switch physically.

Regarding overtravel error, position the tables away from the overtravel sensors. I think this error is caused by the z-axis of x/y table. Goto I/O menu ( Press SET -- MANUAL --- I/O --- INPUT ). Then check the signals for all the overtarvel sensors. The z-axis sensor is located underneath the x/y table ( Remove the two back-up plate on the table ).

Good Luck....
