I just bought a used Contact Systems CS-400D, and it does not have manuals. Does anybody have an extra set? Also, I haven't seen the machine yet, but I am wondering about getting PC software to do the programming and off-line programming.

Who is a good resource for these things. If it doesn't work, I might need some help.

Thanks,

Jon

Bob has been very helpful so far. He was very reasonable on the price for the manual too. I think I'll have this thing in production by Monday Morning!

So far I've replaced the 5V Power Supply, re-aligned the X and Y, and re-laminated the table top. More work that I wanted to do, but not that many hours so far.

Ive been working with Bob for many years. He is a great guy and will do anything to help you. We also bought a 400D from him and have had no issues with it. Make sure you have him come in and do the PM.

I use a clinch of 5 and a length of 3 for 1/4w and thicker leg diodes probably a 7 and 5. You really just have to play with the machine it figure out what works best for your application.
