Generating p-n-p file from gerbers only | 14 April, 2009

I have the raw gerber files used to manufacture a bare pcb. I do not have the pick-n-place file giving the locations of the surface mount parts on the pcb. Does anyone know of a software program that can take the gerber files and generate a pick-n-place file from them? (This is a fairly large board that I do not want to program manually.) Thanks!
