MYDATA12 Emergency Stop Message Error | 31 March, 2009

I receive this message everytime I turn on my machine " Release Emergency Stop Button." I checke all every loction and stop button. Cant find out the problem. Does any one have a solution to this?

Is your machine an inline system with the conveyors along the back? If so I have run into this problem before with the sensors on the covers for the conveyors. They are 'magnetic' safety switches that can appear to be closed but don't actually switch over. They only way to really 'fix' it is to play with the position of the switches until they trip when you close the door. Its kinda hard to describe hopefully this helps.
