We use Ascentec Engineering and have used DMI and Pentagon. All make a very good product.

Hi Philip, If Brian doesn't mind, I'll take a stab at this one. Those types of questions are best directed to the Manufacturers themselves. Here are the websites for the three Pallet Manufacturers that Brian recommended. (I've also included a fourth. EMC Global Technologies is a source that I've had very good results with in the past)

Philip, Pl note that there is one more fabricator from Malasia, whom we found to be up to the mark with Wave Soldering Pallets constructed with Durastone/CDM Durastone.

They also offer ESD Protected to match ESD guidelines of Assembly & Photo Sensitivity Materials to compete with Spray Fluxers in Auto Wave Soldering Systems.
