Philips Topaz Vision

I turned on my standard Philips Topaz today, and the vision system did not come up with the rest of the machine. If there is anyone out there that could walk me through troubleshooting this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking the vision driver might be bad, which would be pretty obvious, but I am unaware of how to verify this. PLEASE HELP!
