PCB Trouble shooting Lab

With some help from our good Friends at Agilent Technologies our RF Lab includes testing up to 100GHz. Equipment includes Vector network analyzer, signal analyzer, dual channel power meter, noise filter meter, advanced impedance analyzer (including fixtures for dielectric, permittivity and permeability measurement), synthesized sweep signal generator. Our PCB design includes Scan Cad and Mentor graphics. Our Chemical/materials lab has: Ion Chromatography, SIR, FTIR, Rosa, SEM, UV-vis,DSC, Wet balance solderability tester, Ionograph,SERA, thermogravimetric analyzerand, OSP analyzer, solder paste analyzer and viscometer. PCB assembly lab includes: 5 screen printers, 2 dispensing machines, 2 solder paste OI, 3 component placement machines, 4 reflow ovens, 2 wave soldering machines (1 is lead free), 2 in-line cleaners (1 DI), 1 x-ray, 1 stencil cleaner, 4 batch cleaners (semi aqueous, aqueous, emulsion, Vapor degreaser), 4 BGA rework machines,1 wire bonder.... I did not include the ESS equipment. The table top equipment is to numerous to mention. All this is used for troubleshooting here. All this for the low low price of $10M. This does not include the most valuable part..........the 35 Scientists and engineers currently on staff here. To answer your question "do u know whoever can do this? We think of a "PCB Trouble shooting Lab" as Assembly, Chemical, Test, Stress Screening, analytical and design. Knowledge of PCB design, process, Board types (Fr4,Ceramic), chemistry, materials, electronics, mechanical, standards and components is a bottom line criteria.
