HAI, WE HAVE SOME MIN QTY (4-6) OF WASTAGES DURING LOADING & UNLOADING OF REEL COMPONENTS, THIS WASTED QTY CAN BE MAPPED ( COVERED ) IN THE ERP-ORACLE 11i -SYSTEM.

I WISH TO KNOW WETHER THIS COMPONENTS CANBE COME IN ACCOUNT WITH THE ERP SYSTEM.

Every MRP is peculiar, but sure you should be able to account for componant loss when setting-up a feeder. Most MRP systems can account for this as spoilage or setup. On the other hand, who cares? We sweep-up a handful of fly shit every time we clean a machine.
