Need Help on getting the Genrad Pilot S20 | 11 September, 2008

Hi,

We have recently bought a Genrad Pilot S20 for our analysis lab. The equipment worked before it was sent to us. However, after receiving it, we were able to power up but with multiple error. Since we don't have any experience running the flying probe equipment, we wonder if someone would like to work for us to bring this equipment up as well as training us on how to use it.

Thanks.

Its actually a Seica machine. GenRad just labeled it. Teradyne/GenRad no longer supports the system. Go directly to Seica, http://www.seica.com , they are an Italian company with offices around the world. There is one in Nashua NH. Some 3rd party outfits may provide service for them:
