Poor Soldability - CONCRAFT's memory conector | 14 August, 2008

Hello I'm mounting a notebook board with the memory conector manufactured by CONCRAFT. We are facing some soldability problems with this conector because some ground leads don't solder on the pads. I tried 4 different brand of solder paste, tried to use a weight over the component during the reflow, I tried a step on the stencil to increase the solder paste volume on the pads but I didn't get a good result. Has anybody faced this kind of problem before???

I looked at a couple of Concraft's datasheets and the don't list the terminal finish. Any idea what the plating might be? Obviously, that can make a big difference.
