Can anyone recommend a conformal coating that can be applied manually (dispensed or brushed) that isn't so volatile the operator needs special equipment/ventilation? A fast cure time/method would be helpful also. thanks John

Paraffin wax. Before you laugh, check it out.

Only draw back is you have to melt it, but works well on electronics.

I believe Humiseal (and others) makes some water based coatings...www.humiseal.com

Dymax has a no VOC UV cure if you have an adequate UV source.

Humiseal has no-VOC coatings Acrylic and Urethane on offer, they too have non-VOC silicones and new UV curable also...!!!
