QFN20 Solder recommendations | 24 February, 2008

Issue cross talk \Stencil thickness recommendation? 3-4-5 mil Using manufactures recommended paste layout Water soluable vs No clean Paste. Any recommended publications? Only one found so far is Fairchild, recommend NC due to potential cleaning issues. Any set standard? \\Any feedback/input greatly appreciated

With such a low standoff [eg, 1-2 thou of solder], we doubt that you can clean under QFN, either.
