What service company do you use for the sharpening of dykes, side cutters, diagonal cutters?

What process controls do you suggest in maintaining good process from such a service company?

While we're on the topic, we have aways used semi-flush cutters to reduce the potential for damaging some effeminate crystals. Why do you prefer the type [eg, semi-flush, flush, bevel, etc] cutter that you use?

This guy sharpens all kinds of tools used in electronics- if it cuts or shears, he can likely sharpen:

Dave, By the time you go through writing reqs, processing paperwork, packing, and shipping etc..

Wouldnt it be cheaper to chuck them and buy new ones ? I am pretty sure they are fairly cheap right ? Or do you have "bling" cutters ?

Our cutters are not super blinged-up, just zircon-encrusted type.
