Can not boot up . during down load vision system,an error come up VISION HARDWARE ERROR FAIL IN FUNCTION 1 STATE 2,VP STATE 0X28 ERR 0 any one know what's wrong with it.. thank you.

Sounds like the Cognex vision processor in the PC is bad. There is really nothing you can do but buy a new one. These typically run between 5k to 9k.

Probably not it, but there are a couple of fuses on the card. Also try re-seating the card in the computer.
