GSM1 video card repair | 5 September, 2007

We have a bad EXP_VIDEO card that needs repair. I've asked UIC, but they ignored several e-mails (although machine's software is properly registered). Does anybody know a company that does such things?

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Universal. I would like to try to help you. I'm not sure how you tried to contact us, but I'm asking that you e-mail us at universal@uic.com or call us at 1-800-842-9732, and we'll try to help you find a solution for your video card. Also, it would be very helpful if you had the part number of the card you are looking for.

Just for other people's reference - I've contacted your European reps., as I am located in Europe and I was instructed so in some previous contacts.
