Has anyone experienced intermittent communication issues with GSM/GDM and PCT conveyors? I have an intermittent issue where sometimes I would hit the ESTOP on the PCT conveyor(downstream) in order to get the board to eject out of the GSM/GDM. I have grounded the machines and verified cables but problem still occurs. Seems like noise.

Happen to me on a conveyor after a GSM but not a PCT. Had to install small caps to kill the noise on the conveyor PLC input from the GSM.

Also, might be a question of timing betweem th GSM and the conveyor.
