Pin Through Paste w/ No-Lead | 2 April, 2007

Was wondering if anyone had any experience with Pin Though Paste with a no-lead process? I realize that some basic requirements will need to be met (i.e. Connector to with stand higher temperature, proper lead coating, ability to image, etc.). But, I haven't done Pin through Paste in about 8 years and none of that experience was with a no-lead process.

Does anyone have any kind of information on this? Recommended aperture size, pin to hole ratio, etc. Has anyone here even done it with a no-lead process?

The parameters are the same as leaded paste. The results are slightly worse.
