I have a project I would like to consider a Juki machine for. I am trying to find out if a Juki 2000 series machine can pick up parts from 12mm and 16mm simultaneously with all heads for good optimisation performance? IE are the heads spacing the same as the 12,16mm feeder spacings?

JUKI 2000 MACHINES CAN PICK UP SIMULTANEOUSLY ONLY WITH 8MM FEEDERS (4 HEADS AT ONCE) 12 AND 16 CAN BE PICKED UP BY TWO HEADS (OR 3 HEADS KE-2060), HEAD SPACING ARE THE SAME AS 8MM FEEDERS

Hi friend,

Can be possible with 1st & 4th head. But if you want do vision test , it is impossible. Only laser test , yes it could be . If you want to do vision test, you have buy Ke2060 with MNVC option.

Possible head combinations to pick from multiple 12, 16, or 24mm feeders. Note: you can not mix feeder sizes for simultaneous picks.

KE-2010 and KE-2050 will use 1&3, 2&4, or 1&4

KE-2020 and KE-2060 will use 1,3,R or 2,4,R or 1,4,R

I prefer to set them so 1&3 pick and then the head will move a little to allow 2&4 heads to pick, then go place.

IF YOU HAVE JUKI MACHINES AND UNDERSTAND THEIR FUNCTIONALITY AND SOFTWARE YOU CAN BE VERY CREATIVE IN PICKING AND PLACING COMPONENTS. WE DO IT ALL THE TIME. I WISH I CAN GET THE SOURCE CODE SO THAT WE CAN PERFORM SOME MODIFICATIONS.
