We have just setup 2 inline cleaners on one RO system, in the past the machines were on there own internal system and hte beds would last 3-6 weeks (I know it depends on the amount of use). Now with 2 machines on the same RO system I'm lucky if we get 8-12 days on a set of tanks. Our setup is 1 chelate (HM) bed, 1 Carbon, 1 mixed these are large tanks 4-5' tall, these are double the size of the tanks we used in the past. I figured they would last the same amount of time since our production has not increased. I'm wondering what everyone else is experianceing for a working life. any input is appreciated.

Thanks

While it's common to use RO where TDS is sometimes very high, like Cali; it seems like the RO is killing your beds. What happens when you run without RO?
