We will cleaning the Stencil after screen printing for 3 or 5 or 7 panels. I want to ask how to define the Stencil cleaning frequency?

1) determine the rate of cleaning frequency related defects your production can tolerate. 2) determine the frequency that nets you that defect rate, or lower, but also consider the cost of cleaning materials and throughput if you're cleaning very often.

When I had a fully auto inlne printer I just stood out there on the line and watched the inspection cycles to determine how often to clean. Usually it was every 1-2 cycles for 16 mil pitch, every 2-3 cycles for 20 mil pitch, and 5-10 cycles for larger pitch.

With semi-auto printers now I just tell the operators they have to do the touch up on insufficients/bridges and let them decide. ;)
