Is there any method or machine that i can use to check glue size. I need to check 90% of the bottom side pcb area that have 200 glue point within 15 to 30 sec.

There is many Bond dispenser that have the Option to check the area & adjust in case of NG area . You just make the value of area & interval for check and correct . The Ones that I know is Panasonic HDF (great Output 0.07 tact time ) And Fuji GL5 series .

And your machine are? Regards

Why? Sounds like a Band-Aid.

Are you screen printing of dispensing adhesive?

We agree with Chunks. You need to fix your machine. Tell us about: * Temperature inside machine when glue pipes well and went glue pipes poorly * Pressure on cylinder when glue pipes well and went glue pipes poorly

Sorry for the late reply. I use glue dispenser machine juki kd-775. It have dispensing diameter confirmation unit, but dispensing test tape can be hold for 2 to 3 days a roll if the output 300 pcs pcb with average glue point 100 per peace. Beside, i only can set for the 5 to 10 point check on the test tape to confirm the glue size is in spec. if i want to get my output. My friend told me that there are a method to check the glue size is ok event after mounting process. But he also not really sure. Is it true that we can judge the glue size is ok or not after mounting process?

Did u have any idea @ method to check glue size within 15 to 30 sec. without using any machine?

We pipe a nonfunctional witness mark on every board. We inspect the witness mark. Ours consists of six pairs of dots arranged in a five-pointed star pattern.

Again, consider paying attention to the cause of the problem. Your machine is NOT operating properly.
